The Role:
As a National Account Manager, you will be on-point for Guardian's national accounts, helping to ensure that strategic goals and customer satisfaction are met consistently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these accounts at C-Suite level, cultivating relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our pharmacy services.
Serve as a point of contact for escalation and cure for clinical issues that have not been resolved by local business unit. Serve as primary liaison between business units and national account clients seeking to implement new clinical initiatives. Assist and participate in national account partnership check-ins, business reviews and their annual leadership meetings providing appropriate reporting on clinical reports and other nursing or pharmacy related questions.
Clinical Liaison:
Point of contact for national accounts when escalation is required for clinical issues not resolved at the business unit
Work with president, RFAM, and local clinical liaisons to assist with clinical resolutions at the business unit level
Develop strong and effective relationships with client clinicians and business managers
Share clinical reporting to assist clients as part of regular business reviews
Coordinate and work with Guardian Clinical & Regulatory Support Manager on clinical topics and projects that are relevant to the field.
Provide input into/participate in thought leadership initiatives driven by the marketing team?
Provide support to RFAMs specifically related to nursing or clinical initiatives or questions that arise.
Account Management:
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, ensuring that all client inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate regular communication to maintain a strong relationship and enhance client retention.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer experience, marketing, clinical, and operations) to ensure seamless account management and to deliver exceptional service to assigned national accounts.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on account performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular updates and insights to senior management, offering solutions for any challenges.
Utilize CRM platform (Salesforce) for reporting and documentation of activities.
Coordinate support for client national meetings, working with local pharmacy business units and Guardian corporate, ensuring Guardian is well represented as a strong clinical partner and supporter.
Working with presidents, ensure all national clients are informed and updated on all disaster recovery protocol and back-up processes.
Coordinate the educational offerings to the field at the national level and act as the main point of contact for communications to customers.
Support, monitor & encourage pharmacy teams to do local/regional business reviews for national accounts. Work with Guardian BI team for continued development of the business review templates.
Support Guardian's initiatives for consistency where appropriate and applicable.
Support a customer advisory board to collect customer perspectives and input on new and existing offerings.
Work closely with marketing to communicate national offerings (LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter)
Education:
Registered Nurse; business-related degree a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of related experience
Proven excellent relationship skills and the ability to build strong and effective relationships with existing and new clients
Proven experience effectively troubleshooting and solving client service issues in a positive and proactive manner
Clinical experience working in long term care pharmacy and/or institutional patient care setting, such as assisted living or skilled nursing home
Strong proficiency in multiple E-Mar systems, with the ability to understand interface and views from both pharmacy and client sides
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong internal and client-presentation skills
Excellent PC skills, including MS Office and Salesforce proficiency
Dependable and self-motivated; able to work to deadlines and schedules with little supervision
Must have very strong organizational skills
Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks and assignments

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting to partner with our Director of Revenue Cycle and Controller in managing all aspects of the revenue cycle. This role will ensure accurate and timely reporting, strong compliance, and alignment across billing systems and pharmacy operations.

Strong knowledge of billing systems, revenue cycle operations, and compliance requirements (including SOX).

Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist Fellow evaluates patients and develops the speech/language plan of care in the areas of speech, language, voice, cognition and swallowing in collaboration with the physician and care team. Receives supervision, as required by ASHA, which includes reviewing diagnostic reports/treatment records/plans of treatment, monitoring the Clinical Fellow's participation in case conferences/professional meetings and/or evaluating work by consulting with colleagues, clients and their families. Services are provided across the full continuum and rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customeroriented manner. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is required in this role.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Patient Assessment
- In collaboration with the physician, responsible for the establishment and ongoing evaluation of treatment programs, plan of care, goals and discharge plans for the patients as related to speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing.
- Establishes a plan of care in conjunction with the patient and/or family members.

The Role: Is 100% On-Site
The Corporate Governance & Securities Paralegal reports to the VP, General Counsel & Senior Compliance Officer, and supports the day-to-day operations and functions in providing legal support on public company securities compliance, public company reporting and corporate governance.
Essential Job Functions:
Support the planning, scheduling and preparation of materials (agenda, minutes and resolutions) for Board of Director meetings. Manage the distribution of materials to Board members.
Assist in preparing and filing SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements, and Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5).
Conduct research and make recommendations related to SEC and NYSE filings, securities laws and governance practices.
Assist with the management of certain of the Company's policies, including insider trading, related party transactions, and disclosure. Ensure compliance with insider trading policies by tracking and reporting stock transactions for Section 16 insiders.
Create and maintain organized files, records, contact lists, and databases to ensure the efficient operation of the Corporate Secretary's office. Implement and manage systems to improve efficiency and workflow.
Maintain and update corporate ownership records, including stock ledgers and equity compensation documentation.
Update and draft corporate governance and compliance policies and procedures.
Provide legal support for the team's review of certain internal and external corporate communications and investor relations materials.
Assist with matters relating to share issuances including drafting of letters and Rule 144 and other opinions to stock transfer agent and communicating with various state and local agencies.
Interface with and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders as related to corporate governance matters.
Support other special projects within the Securities and Governance legal department groups, including organization, review and project management related to corporate subsidiaries and board matters.
Provide general paralegal support as time allows.
Education and/or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a corporate governance or securities paralegal, and board support preferably in a public company.
Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, corporate governance practices, and public company compliance.
Experience managing board governance activities, including preparing board materials, drafting resolutions, and maintaining governance documentation.
Proficiency with corporate governance platforms, specifically Workiva, and the SEC's EDGAR filing system, ComputerShare, and Diligent.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of professional accounting experience showing increasing responsibilities; Corporate
GL accounting experience preferred; 2+ years of variance analysis preferred

Overview
The Respiratory Therapist II is responsible for medication administration and implementing respiratory care based on expanded knowledge, experience, and the evaluate-and-treat process. The RT II is responsible for delivering patient care in complex, multiple problem-patient care situations. The majority of time is in critical care areas with protocol ventilator management, significant independent decision-making and self direction. In addition, to patient care delivery, the RT II is responsible for patient, family/support system education, coordination of activities, staff development, and professional and self-developmental activities. The RT II is responsible for providing patient care with an understanding and awareness of population specific needs. The RT II addresses the biological, emotional, and developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family education needs when providing care to the patient. Also participates in the education of new employees and others.

Wellstar Paulding in Hiram, Georgia is seeking a PRN Radiation Therapist. The Radiation Therapist in the Radiation Oncology Department applies ionizing radiation to a diverse population of patients in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist. They must be capable of operating radiation-producing equipment utilizing radiation safety measures and be able to perform a series of complex and precise technical procedures.

Participates in Quality Control Monitoring
a. Delivers consistent precise therapy to a designated treatment area.
b. Demonstrates skill in patient assessment, performing procedures and giving specialty care to patients, considering the age of the patient and appropriately adopts care for age (adolescent, adult and geriatrics).
c. Documents appropriately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
d. Demonstrates a willingness to perform additional tasks and gives assistance when necessary to others.
e. Recognizes own limitations and/or needs and seeks assistance as needed.
f. Reports adverse reactions to physician immediately and follows policy and procedure (P/P) for documentation.
g. Educates patient/family on expected side effects, use of blocks, wedges and other treatment aids.
