Review demand writer's demand packages to insurance companies
Sort and read through medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients
Summarize case facts and create persuasive arguments
Negotiate clients' entire case with insurance adjusters to obtain the highest settlement possible
Maintain communication with clients to guide them through the settlement process to ultimately settle their case with them
Provide updates on case status using CRM software
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Demand Writer in a Plaintiff's PI Firm
Experience reading and understanding medical reports and records
Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year university

Responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of comprehensive emergency preparedness and restoration plans to optimize Eversource's emergency preparedness and restoration efforts up to and following minor/major events. Essential Functions:
Implements, maintains and designs an effective, comprehensive emergency preparedness and restoration plan to optimize the company's emergency preparedness and restoration efforts up to and following any event, and ensures full utilization and integration of the plan.
Handles and facilitates emergency plan development and emergency preparedness with Eversource's Emergency Preparedness Group.
Responsible for filing plans and reports with state regulators as required.
Responsible for proactive preparedness planning which includes: monitoring weather forecasts; monitoring preparedness information and advising leadership during emergency events of plan requirements and protocols.
Responsible for After Action Reviews to ensure candid, unbiased assessment of operational events in accordance with emergency preparedness and restoration policies and procedures.
Works with Operations to recommend improvements to restoration strategies, planning and budgets.
Works with Engineering to identify system hardening opportunities.
Works with System Operations to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and critical infrastructure standards.
Coordinates and provides training, “table top exercises”, for individuals with emergency assignments.

The Bilingual Mitigation Specialist conducts in-depth investigations and biopsychosocial assessments to gather information that supports defense counsel during the pre-plea or pre-sentencing phases of a client's criminal case. This role involves developing client-specific service plans, locating and facilitating referrals, and advocating for alternatives to incarceration or detention, including bail reduction. The Specialist works closely with courts, the District Attorney's Office (DAO), the Department of Probation (DOP), treatment providers, and clients' families. Reporting to the Senior Director - Annual and Midlevel Giving, the Direct Response Director collaborates across internal teams and with external partners to deliver an integrated benefactor experience aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Program Leadership
Lead the development and implementation of personalized, multi-channel strategies, including email, mail, and digital, that align direct response tactics with benefactor journey stages to support both short- and long-term goals across the benefactor lifecycle. Advance approaches for acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrading to support movement along the philanthropic pipeline and drive measurable outcomes. Ensure all efforts are aligned with strategic priorities, budget parameters, and resource allocations.
* Data-Driven Engagement and Performance
Leverage segmentation, behavioral data, and performance analytics to inform and refine benefactor engagement strategies across channels. Lead testing and measurement to enhance personalization, relevance, and long-term benefactor connection to support pipeline growth and giving potential. Ensure alignment of creative and messaging to deliver timely, personalized, data-informed experiences. Share actionable insights across teams to support continuous learning and guide strategic decision-making.
* Cross-Team Collaboration and Integration

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of seven years of experience in multi-channel direct response marketing, including email, mail and digital outreach. Experience within nonprofit organizations that have structured Annual and Midlevel Giving programs is strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead and implement complex, multi-channel direct response initiatives that drive long-term value.
