A manufacturing company is seeking an individual who can operate Cold Heading Machines. This is an immediate full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, must have basic machine operation experience, must be mechanically inclined, must be able to retain knowledge, and m ust have a strong work ethic and a positive team attitude. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

The Head of Reverse Translational Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (MLAI) will serve as an expert in the field of MLAI to develop disease typing, risk stratification, and personalized medicine solutions through the development and validation of transformative algorithms using MLAI technologies. This role will report to the Head of Evidence Generation and Advanced Analytics in BDH Sciences.

What You'll Do

Serve as global strategic lead of a cross-functional team of data scientists dedicated to the development of MLAI omics and imaging based biomarkers to support disease typing, risk stratification for disease progression, and precision medicine solutions for the treatment of neurological disease

Lead Reverse Translational MLAI to drive omics and imaging biomarker-related expertise within BDH Sciences, partner with data scientists throughout BDH to accelerate innovations in MLAI algorithm development, develop and implement validation and QA/QC standards for MLAI algorithms, and provide technical leadership on infrastructure development for a new neurology analytic platform

Provide best-in-class technical expertise in MLAI algorithm development with a specific focus on neurodegenerative diseases, advance development of digital biomarkers that improve the benefit-risk profile of treatments for neurological disease, serve as companion diagnostics and facilitate and guide treatment decision-making in clinical practice

Further our understanding of disease types, disease progression and treatment response through omics and imaging-based biomarkers that incorporates clinical trial datasets, real-world datasets and real-world publicly available registry data

Lead the communication of results, including at conferences and in peer-reviewed publications for audiences in the therapeutic area of interest, including MLAI and digital medicine

Participate on the Evidence Generation and Advanced Analytics (EGAA) leadership team in BDH Sciences, together with the Advanced Analytics, Digital Medicine, and Precision Medicine and Methodologic Innovations teams, to set the strategic vision for cutting edge, integrated evidence generation within BDH Sciences

The Customer Experience Analytics team (within CCB Data & Analytics organization) is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with strong data analysis and strategic thinking skills to support advanced analytics projects across Operations functions, channels and products. The Customer Experience Analytics team is responsible for deriving insights about our customers' journeys and developing and implementing innovative strategies and advanced analytics solutions to improve the customer experience. We work collaboratively with all functional teams across CCB Operations as well as Strategic and Analytics teams across CCB.

This individual will lead initiatives focused on transformation in Retails Operations using Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics . S/he will be involved in all phases of the analytics lifecycle, including hypothesis development, analysis scoping, business case development, data analysis, generating insights, data development, developing and delivering presentations of findings. This leader will work closely with other leads in Data Engineering, Design, Modeling and Product team to deliver impactful Products using Agile methodology.
**Responsibilities**

+ Lead a team of talented decision scientists and quant analysts in problem solving with high EQ.

+ Lead partnership with Machine Learning and Intelligent Operations Product Group with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data.

+ Develop insights that drive product feature prioritization by understanding volumes and customer journey/friction points across a variety of channels (calls, branch, online, mobile)

+ Contribute to development of and measurement against business cases; Analyze program performance and derive insights to help inform future customer strategies.

+ Collaborate with product owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies to achieve business goals.

+ Lead execution of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analyses including segmentation, optimization and other techniques to improve business function performance.

+ Collaborate across functions and LOB's to drive Analytics and Insights.

+ Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for senior executives, in regularly-scheduled Product Leadership meetings.

+ Identify key data to be collected during Product feature development for inclusion in data mart.

+ Partner closely and collaborate with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.

**Qualifications and Required Skills**

+ 10+ years of related experience

+ Master's degree and/or PhD in relevant field preferred. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience will be considered.

+ Passion for understanding customer friction points and solving for them with innovation.

+ Demonstrate people management and team-building skills
