Thompson Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides clerical and office support to ensure efficient daily operations. The Administrative Assistant will work under the direction of Team Leaders or a senior administrative professional and may serve as the first point of contact for visitors. The role also supports field inspectors with administrative coordination. The Civil QA/QC Inspector will oversee the quality assurance and quality control aspects of civil construction work including earthworks, concrete, asphalt, utilities, drainage, and structural components. Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. * Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in civil construction QA/QC, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects. * In-depth knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, etc.). * Experience reviewing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs). * Familiarity with construction materials and laboratory/field testing procedures. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QA/QC reporting tools. * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites. Garver is seeking a Project Manager to join our established West Region Water team working on engineering of water, wastewater, and reuse facilities and treatment plants in Albuquerque, NM. The Project Manager will manage projects consisting of design reports, studies, technical memoranda, detailed plans, and specifications. The Project Manager must be capable of working closely with clients to ensure their expectations of services are exceeded. Responsibilities are focused on water, wastewater, and reuse facilities and treatment plants, but may include design and managing a variety of projects related to: Water conveyance and distribution, including pump stations and storage facilities Wastewater conveyance and collection, including lift stations and force mains Pipeline inspection and rehabilitation Water and Wastewater master planning Water and Wastewater treatment facilities In addition to design, this role will include coordination with other support disciplines, coordination with regulating agencies, and quality assurance and quality control. Periodic travel will be required on an as-needed basis for projects, conferences, marketing, and other duties.
