* Perform or oversee final inspection on new product, first-run products and batch processing
* Train employees on the quality system requirements and related practices.
* Assist employees in developing work instructions that support the quality system procedures and company activities
* Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) with allowable limits to measure company functions and performance.
* Accumulate and analyze KPI data, publish monthly findings and report quarterly analysis to management.
* Improve the level of quality and productivity by developing and leading cross-functional teams in identifying and resolving quality problems.
* Review customer complaints and work with internal and external resources to define and implement corrective action
* Provide assistance to customers regarding quality problems or concerns.
* Lead the company's ISO quality system re-certification activities (to include maintenance, surveillance, and re-certification)
* Ensure compliance with all housekeeping procedures and all quality and safety regulations.
* Lead six sigma quality initiatives and programs
* Communicate inconsistencies with President, Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing. Find solutions and actively become part of the solution.

The Sr. Technical Services Manager (TSM) is considered a subject matter expert for the products that are manufactured in the facility where they are assigned. A TSM has significant experience and expertise in product manufacturing processes, product applications as well as product installation means and methods.
The primary responsibilities of this job function are to support manufacturing operations by advancing and promoting compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) program, collaborative troubleshooting of field product application discrepancies, advocating for product improvements as well as manufacturing process improvements, technical oversight and management of the in-plant manufacturing test wall and will participate in Learning & Training projects targeted at the manufacturing teams.
Additionally, the TSM will provide leadership, direction and support for the CAPA programs, LEAN initiatives and Continuous Improvement projects that will be executed at the assigned location. Collaboration with TSM's in other MI manufacturing facilities shall be required in order to share QMS program results, supply chain partner information, training content, best practices, and by providing support when trouble-shooting issues across common product lines.
Responsibilities
Be the owner, chief advocate and primary champion for the adoption and compliance of the Quality Management System throughout the assigned facility.
Provide daily direction, leadership and mentoring to Quality Managers by ensuring that all quality team members have a crystal-clear understanding of their job functions as well as the QMS program requirements and the associated tests and procedures.
Owns the Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) process within their assigned plant. Manages the weekly CAPA meeting, and responsible for shepherding along the active CAPA's through the root cause, corrective action / preventative action and implementation process.
Primary QC point of contact for supply chain partner non-conformance and discrepancy resolution.
Responsible for the management and execution of in-plant QC Test Wall activities including but not limited to the pre-scheduled monthly product fabrication and inspection, first articles product inspections and supplies part / component changes.
Review all site-specific Quality Assurance Reports (QAR's) and second order. Ensure that the QAR program is compliant with the schedule of activities.
Actively involved in the collaborative effort to create and deploy manufacturing / production focused training content.
Responsible for reviewing all PCN's / ECN's and responding with any manufacturing, supply chain or quality related questions or concerns.
Primary point of contact for all outside quality related inspection requests from agencies such as AAMA, ALI, EPA, NAMI and NFRC.
Serve as the organizations “Legal Liaison” coordinating “Right to Repair Claims,” providing depositions and testimony when necessary, and serving as the PMK (person most knowledgeable) for assigned products.
Responsible for the establishment and maintaining of the MI Calibration System for Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Represent the organization's interests at job sites for critical field testing, product application discrepancies, and customer concerns related to manufacturing process and quality procedures.
Actively involved with the development, application, and continuous improvement of the quality manual, the supporting procedures, including QPCN's and QCN's, as well as the tools and technologies that are utilized by Quality Team members.
Collaborate with Industrial Engineers and Continuous Improvement Managers / Leads to generate, evaluate, and recommend innovative ideas which can be applied to our manufacturing processes in order to enhance quality or improve efficiency.
Identify, gather, process, and interpret quality and productivity data so that it can be used in root cause analysis, problem solving and in the identification of improvement opportunities.
Liaison with Product Management and Engineering on all new product introductions, product changes, and product discontinuations with respect to Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), coordination of quality inspection changes, etc.
Review, Analyze and Report Quality Metrics to the plant Director of Quality, the plant General Manager and Supervisor.
Work with Quality Managers to create a personal development plan that will enable quality team members to have professional development and extend their work-related skillsets to extend their work experience.
Participate in the annual employee 360-degree review and skills assessment process.

Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field with 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing process and / or production engineering role; or a successful combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
Practical knowledge of Quality Inspection / Auditing Processes and Root Cause Analysis.
Practical knowledge of Process Improvement Tools: Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Rapid Prototyping, Reliability and predictability analysis, etc.
Understanding of manufacturing process principles, statistics, quality control, and equipment design and operation.
Ability to retrieve, format and analyze data for problem solving and planning purposes.
High level of customer focus both internally and externally.
Ability to interface with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of the organization.
Understanding of common metrics used in a manufacturing environment (OEE, UPWH, defect rates, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead others and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong presentation and analytical skills, with demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. Ability to professionally address conflict resolution.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive regional sales plan in respective industry that details programs and strategies to achieve and surpass annual HTC financial goals, business objectives, and personal objectives.
Prior to the start of each fiscal year, meet with each channel partner to develop their annual HTC marketing plan to meet respective quotas - review progress on a quarterly basis.
Increase HTC “mindshare” with each sales channel partner to establish stronger preference for presenting DSI for heat transfer applications.
Ensure that sales leads, are followed and that their disposition is adequately documented in SalesLogix.
Evaluate new channel partners to replace ineffective ones, and/or to drive further penetration into niche markets or new geographic areas.
Conduct joint sales calls to ensure that the HTC product line is properly presented and to provide assistance in developing the market.
Conduct “lunch-and-learn” sessions to increase technical product knowledge and market development capabilities.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum qualifications - BA Business Administration, BS Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree.

What You'll Do:

Support Outside Sales Representatives with quotes, proposals, and customer follow-up.
Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.

The Inside Sales Account Representative focus their efforts on inbound requests and help the RSM further penetrate the market. Sources include web form submissions, customer driven phone calls, email requests, plus those from webinars and trade shows. These reps engage existing clients and assist them with their ongoing requirements to promote satisfaction and success to ensure renewals. Their goal is to help customers get more value from their products with service and aftermarket sales, upselling, and identifying new applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect application information from customers and RSM(s). Organize information and work with internal resources to develop a complete customer proposal. Proposals must be professional, detailed, organized and logical.
Ensure that the CRM system is utilized appropriately; all information is complete and updated regularly. Document all conversations, contacts, quotes, and application details in NetSuite
Update customer company and contact information within NetSuite to be able to accurately contact the correct people.
Collaborate with team members from all facets and departments to ensure accuracy in the quoting and order process.
Prioritize and organize work to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours of receipt and follow up on existing opportunities in a timely manner.
Follow up on status of proposals and orders to ensure movement through the sales process efficiently and properly.
Ensure that the needs of the customer and channel partners have been met, and be prepared to fill in gaps of information when needed.
Accept orders and clarify all commercial terms, generate internal order entry forms, and acknowledge receipt of order back to customer.
Plan and execute appropriate follow up for both customer satisfaction and aftermarket orders.
Direct customers and channel partners to the proper internal resource for sales, marketing or technical support.
Provide excellent customer service by developing a high level of product and process application knowledge. Share pertinent discoveries and opportunities with other members of the Sales Team to maximize domestic and international sales opportunities.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications - High school diploma or GED
Preferred qualifications - BA in Business Administration or Marketing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Between 3-5 years of experience providing customer service or inside sales support for commercial team with industrial sales experience sold direct or through representation.
Successful achievement of increasing annual sales quotas.
Proficiency with PC and Windows Operating system, Microsoft Office Suite and contact resource management (CRM) software, preferably NetSuite and SalesLogix (InforCRM).
Experience with sales purchase orders and contracts including: commercial terms and conditions; letters of credit; certificates of quality and conformance; shipping documents such as bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing lists; pro-forma invoices.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
The position requires minimal travel. Occasional travel with RSM(s) and industry specific shows.
