Lawrence is Chairman and CEO of iCapital Network. He began advising and working with iCapital shortly after its 2013 founding to lead key strategic and business development initiatives. Lawrence was a partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he spent 17 years, most recently serving as the co-head of the Global Technology Banking Group of the Investment Banking Division. He serves on the Boards of the Mental Health Association of New York City and Capitol Acquisition V, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company. Lawrence was named to the Forbes Midas List of the most influential people in venture capital in 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Lawrence received a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and graduated from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College as a Tuck Scholar.

Jennifer is a Managing Director and the Chief People Officer at iCapital Network. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was the Global Human Resources Leader for CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. In her almost 15-year career there, Jennifer held various leadership positions in Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales & Strategy. Before joining CBRE, she spent four years in the aviation industry and was instrumental in Boeing’s acquisition of a mission-critical software development firm, which she then helped manage and grow. Jennifer started her career as a change management consultant at Anderson Consulting, and went on to help found the Chief Executive Leadership Institute (now affiliated with Yale University). She holds a BS from the University of Michigan, an MA in Psychology from Hunter College, and a PhD in Psychology from Emory University.

Tom is the Chief Operating Officer of iCapital Network and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He is responsible for the Administration, Investor Services, Enterprise Implementation and Technology departments. Tom is also co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining iCapital, Tom was a Managing Director at BlackRock from 2001 to 2017. He was most recently the Global Head of Retail Technology, where he was responsible for the development of BlackRock’s retail sales enablement and digital distribution solutions. Tom was Global CIO and led the Aladdin development team from 2002 to 2012, and also led the global integrations of BlackRock’s acquisitions of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Barclays Global Investors. In addition, he was a member of BlackRock’s Global Operating Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and Human Capital Committee. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2001, Tom spent 10 years with Wall Street Systems leading the development of its integrated fixed income and FX trading system for global financial institutions. From 1988 to 1991, he traded FX and interest rate derivatives at Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) in New York. Through a joint engineering program, Tom earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a BS in engineering from Providence College, and an MBA degree in Finance from New York University.

Eileen is a Managing Partner and Head of Investment Product Development & Origination at iCapital Network. She is responsible for the origination and development of new investment products, life cycle management of existing offerings, and new fund launches across iCapital’s client relationships, including asset managers, wirehouses and private banks, and independent advisors. Eileen previously spent two years as iCapital’s Head of Distribution, leading sales and relationship management supporting the RIA, broker-dealer, private banking, and family office communities. Before joining iCapital, Eileen was Head of Alternative Investments, North America, at Credit Suisse, where she built and oversaw the origination and distribution functions for private equity, hedge funds, managed futures, real estate, and other key alternative asset classes. Eileen began her career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where she was responsible for global marketing in the private client group. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware and holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.

Chris is Chief Technology Officer at iCapital Network, where he manages all software development and technology. He has over 20 years of technology experience, having most recently served as CTO for PINCHme.com, where he delivered a high-volume consumer platform for the targeted delivery of consumer packaged goods products. Prior to PINCHme, he was the fifth employee and CTO of OneWire, where he built the product and technology teams and produced the first-ever SaaS online recruiting solution focused on the financial services market. His earlier achievements include both start-ups and established companies, among them the development of a SaaS procurement platform delivered to Fortune 200 clients and co-founding a digital agency, which grew to 80 employees.
