Role Overview: Oversees and manages field operations for commercial electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and electrical codes. Acting as the key link between project management and field staff, the Foreman ensures the successful execution of day-to-day operations on site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and direct electrical crews in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, panels, lighting, transformers, and power distribution systems. Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project schedules. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and installation. Plan, schedule, and organize crew assignments and material deliveries to meet project deadlines. Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards. Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project plans and electrical codes. Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices to develop their skills and maintain high performance standards. Track job progress, manage materials and tools, and communicate updates or issues to project management. Assist in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving field conflicts efficiently. Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial electrical installation, maintenance, or repair; prior supervisory or foreman experience strongly preferred. Experience in commercial required. Industrial or military base experience is a plus. Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Capabilities: Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and crews in a fast-paced construction environment. Commitment to quality and safety. Working Conditions: Work performed indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain). Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Prepares and maintains financial records to track the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. Key Responsibilities: Performs general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization. Collaborates with Accounting Manager to prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, inventory statements and other related month end reports. Maintains the general ledger account reconciliation. Assists with coding accounts payable invoices, sets up new vendors, reconciles accounts, and makes payments to vendor invoices. Applies payments to customer invoices and maintains accounts receivable reports. Maintains and monitors company credit card online program. Maintains asset lists and documentation, including fleet management driver allocation. Reconciles bank accounts on a monthly basis and verifies all deposits. Supports the annual audit process by compiling and providing necessary documentation and account details to external auditors. Files sales tax forms with state agencies Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or actively pursuing degree). Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Capabilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Solid understanding of financial and cost accounting principles. Skilled in preparing and filing sales tax returns accurately and on time.
