Job Description
As part of an R&D project team, the Senior Systems and V/V engineer provides technical contributions to the system design and Verification/Validation of a complex medical device from concept through commercialization and/or through the full life cycle of the product. A senior engineer focuses on defining the customer needs; creating or modifying product system requirements and architecture necessary to meet those needs; evaluates constraints and makes trade off decisions; contributes to the development or modifications to module level design requirements; contributes to the product safety and security risk management activities including DFMEA's; contributes to the identification of technical risks and mitigations, develops the verification and validation plans, protocols, scripts, execution, regression, and reports.
The senior engineer works in close collaboration with the Lead engineer, project manager, and other functional team members to ensure the project/product success. The senior engineer provides guidance to other engineers in design reviews and helps resolve issues.

The LED Systems Integrator will collaborate with the System Integrator and Design Integrator to design, draft, prepare and install low voltage lighting systems for CTE projects.
Essential Functions
Coordinates with System Integrator and Design Coordinator on planning, designing, and drafting of low voltage systems for projects.
Collaborates with System integrator and estimator on establishing a BOM for a complete low voltage lighting system for project needs.
Supervises shop preparation of materials and tools that need assembled, programmed, and packed prior to arriving onsite.
Supports building and maintaining drafting file library while utilizing and maintaining VLS drawings standards.
Aids in building and maintaining a database of manuals, service documents, and documented information on lighting systems.
Collaborate on building processes and standards for design and installation of low voltage lighting systems.
Supervises and assists in installing low voltage lighting systems on project sites.
Train clients on installed system, document the training, and submit the documentation to the project manager.
Assists the Site Operations manager and field service manager with Interfacing with clients and other contractors for project coordination purposes.
Assists in training new team members in best installation practices and safety standards to maintain high standards.
Attend project meetings as needed.
Other Functions
Frequent Travel may be required, including nights and weekends.
Reports to the Director of professional services.
Collaborates with project management, sales, estimation, project installers, drafting to assist in designing and implementing low voltage systems.
Attend meetings as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education
Degree in technical theater, or a related field, or experience in related industry preferred.
Have a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to pass local, state, federal background checks as required by projects.
Knowledge of electrical power systems, dimming and control, theatrical lighting, entertainment lighting equipment
Preferred experience with architectural lighting systems- ETC, Strand, CueServer.
Preferred experience with Microsoft 365, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Revit, Bluebeam, Paradigm, and Mosaic

Full-time Description
The Systems Engineer - Tier 1 will have experience working in a fast-paced, call center type environment and/or experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) on a service desk. Daily, this role will be providing first level support to client end users for Workstation and Microsoft operating system support issues. Additionally this role will provide support on low level, process based, repeatable common service desk requests, following the standard escalation process as outlined.
The Systems Engineer - Tier 1 should possess the mindset of a growth oriented individual. This candidate should have the skill set to navigate, comprehend, and communicate basic expectations to the client, and manage to these expectations accordingly. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure a good initial customer experience
Daily/Weekly Time keeping and Monthly Expense Tracking.
Managing Service Requests to Service Level Agreement (SLA) Expectations.
Service Request / Incident Management (Dispatch, Categorization, Communication, Escalation process, SLA obtainment, general upkeep and Continuous Improvement)
Create and Manage Service Requests from multiple points of entry such as Phone, Email, Voice Mail, or Verbal Requests.
Manage to appropriate Service Request / Incident recording, End User/Stake Holder Data, Categorization, Configuration Attachment, Dispatch, Escalation adherence & SLA obtainment.
Manage to the established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) & Success Metrics of the Service Desk.
Assist in the identification of common ticket types across multiple incidents for identification of larger issues.
