SCOPE:

ACCOUNTABILITIES :
+ Performs system, network and service updates, migrations, and implementations in accordance with the organization's change control and scheduled maintenance processes
+ Evaluates, implements, and maintains new and existing systems & network infrastructure hardware
+ Leads IT systems projects and ensure the requirements are met for project completion
+ Builds and maintains interdepartmental and external vendor relationships to enhance the organization's superior customer service
+ Provides internal support to all IT departmental staff members
+ Ensures effective processes are in place to address IT system related vulnerabilities
+ Assists in the development, improvement, and execution of IT policies and procedures
+ Provides project updates and tracking related to enterprise IT systems
+ Works with internal staff and external vendors to design and deploy technology solutions, including in-house and external/cloud integrated solutions
