Your goal is to offer superior service and build strong relationships with our customers while learning from our skilled Install Leads and assisting in completing repairs and installations.

Our paid training starts at $15/hour upwards, depending on experience and is designed to jump start your career and provide the skills necessary to be successful in the role. After training, helpers have the opportunity to be commissioned. Our experienced Install Leads and management team teach Install Helpers about the industry, expectations, specific job skills, and more. Training is ongoing and our managers provide continued guidance and coaching throughout your career with us. What You Do:



As an Entry-Level Installation Helper, you will be trained on the job by our A/V techs and assist with the professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems.


Your Background:
High School diploma or GED required Valid Texas DL required Basic computer skills Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, drills, electric screw drivers, etc. Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude Willingness to learn new skills Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance) Ability to adapt to frequent changes and troubleshoot issues Strong work ethic and self-motivated Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (some Saturdays may be required)

DAY-TO-DAY

This entry-level general labor position is full-time and typically works 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with possible overtime, evening, and weekend hours .

As a Residential Garage Door Installation Helper, you are eager to learn. You work closely with our experienced technicians as they install residential garage doors and openers. Each day, you work in a different place within our community. When you arrive at the location, you follow the lead of our experienced technicians as they greet our clients. Always attentive to detail, you carefully read the schematics so that you fully understand the instructions. Alongside other technicians, you complete door and opener installations. Additionally, you complete any necessary wiring tasks. You get great satisfaction from improving your skills and learning something new each day!
