The Test Analyst/Engineer will focus on end-to-end testing of new and emerging technologies for the U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive - Fires, Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD/USG). This is an onsite position in Huntsville, AL on Redstone Arsenal.
Responsibilities
Coordinate across Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Fires and Army test community in the identification and completion of all test and regulatory requirements IAW test plans and procedures
Complete requirements verification and validation documentation and reports
Create test plans and detailed step-by-step test procedures to satisfy requirements
Support the Test Director in the execution of highly complex tests according to approved procedures
Analyze data to ensure customer requirements are met and determine satisfaction.
Develop mitigation strategies for identified issues and following up to ensure problems are resolved
Provide timely information and periodic reports pertaining to the overall status of all assigned projects
Participate in integrated product teams to formulate, establish, and coordinate customer requirements
Develop and deliver briefings to senior stakeholders across all project phases
25% Travel may be expected for this role

Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in related discipline
At least 10 years of applicable experience
Must currently hold and be able to maintain an active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance with current investigation.
Creative, strong problem-solving skills, and able to perform well under stressful situations
Experience in testing and evaluation (T&E) of U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense Systems
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
In depth knowledge of U.S. Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) System capability and requirements process
In depth knowledge of Army test planning, processes, and execution
In depth knowledge of Integrated Battle Command Station architecture and interoperability

Verify data format and metadata compliance from providers; collaborate with Mission Data Owners to address non-standard inputs.

Responsibilities
Duties to include, but not limited to the following:
Program Coordination:
Lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and goals.
Provide comprehensive program coordination in support of the Program/Product Manager's (PM) priorities and the overall Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) mission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, business, and operations, to integrate system components seamlessly.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
DAWIA Program Management Level 3 certification.

Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.

i3 is offering a part-time Summer 2026 internship position within our Army Training Solutions business unit. This candidate will be exposed to the development of Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) within an Agile software development environment. This candidate will interact with Instructional Systems Designers (ISD), 3D Artists, Software Developers, Designers, and Program Managers in support of DoW training development.
Responsibilities
Work with Agile software development teams in creating IMI for DoW customers using commercial game engines.
Work closely with your team to implement features, and supporting those features through tooling as needed
Implement user interface screens, transitions, animations, and VFX
Iterate using customer feedback in an Agile environment to optimize for simplicity, comprehension, and function
Qualifications
Required Experience
Be a US citizen.
High school diploma required
Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of higher education, job experience can be substituted for education
Candidate must be currently enrolled in (Summer 2026) or continuing an undergraduate or graduate degree program the following semester (Fall 2026) at the time of the internship.
Candidate must be a team player and be creative, adaptive, and excited to learn
Experience in an object-oriented programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or C++.
Preferred Experience
Experience with the Unity gaming engine
Experience authoring custom editors, inspectors, and tooling within Unity
Prefer understanding of Agile software development
Familiarity with GIT for software source control and configuration management
Familiarity with 3D graphics programming: DirectX, OpenGL, etc.

Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required
