Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Acts as the site FSO for a branch/division office within a multiple facility organization.
Ensures compliance with the 32 CFR 117 NISPOM and related Industrial Security Guidance.
Maintains the division NISS (National Industrial Security System) account.
Develops and maintains security plans, procedures, and instructions.
Coordinates and conducts security awareness, training, briefings, indoctrinations, and educational programs.
Prepares the facility for required audits and reviews, maintaining a robust security process.
Develops physical security requirements to maintain an open storage facility.
Responds to alarms and other emergencies to include after normal business hours and/or nights/weekends.
Maintains personnel security records for collateral programs to include the use of Government systems of record.
Operates and maintains a visitor control program to include processing Visit Access Requests for incoming and outgoing personnel.
Provides security oversight and management to subcontractors via the DD Form 254.
Maintains interactive relationships with DCSA representatives.
Supports the Insider Threat Program and policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Must hold and maintain a current and active DoD Secret Clearance.
Minimum of two years of direct DoD security experience.
In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, Industrial Security Letters, Executive Orders, and DoD Directives/Manuals.
Working knowledge of DISS, NISS, and NBIS e-APP
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Must be willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Desired:
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
Six years of relevant security experience.
Experience with managing and building DCSA-approved open storage areas.
Completed the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities training.
COMSEC and OPSEC certifications.
CDSE Certifications and/or Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Ability to control devices using various electronics components on PCBA with various interfaces such as: SPI, I2C, UART, Parallel, etc... and be able to assist in the debug of these interfaces via ability to read and write individual registers of a particular electronics device. Finally, use of oscilloscope and/or logic analyzer in the debug of such device control interfaces.
+ Work with RF engineer in the control of RF devices for testing and debug.
+ Experience with Digital RF (i.e. high-speed data converters, FFTs, Nyquist, etc...).
+ Experience with Xilinx (and Vivado tool) and Microsemi Tool suites is a plus.
+ Ability to work in multi-disciplinary cross-functional team i.e. Work with higher level software and firmware engineers, RF engineers, and systems engineers.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the subcontract management subject matter expert of complex/critical procurement activity supporting both indirect/overhead spend and direct/customer spend.
* Lead all aspects of the subcontract acquisition process from proposal stage through program award, execution, and closeout:
* Define requirements with Program Management and Engineering,
* Generate Supplier Statements of Work (SOW),
* Conduct market research and source selections,
* Prepare and issue solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, etc.,
