Fabricate in-house with an FDM printer or facilitate external fabrication as needed. * Uphold compliance with internal AS9100 standards, customer requirements, and QMS documentation. Qualifications: Required: * U.S. citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). * 5+ years of relevant engineering experience supporting a production environment. * Strong understanding of process documentation, work instructions, and production flow. * Ability to read and redline engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and test procedures. * Proficient in solid modeling software for tooling design. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively. * Proficiency with MES, ERP, and PLM systems.
