1996

By 1996 Chrysler would account for $7.5 million of CBSI's revenue.

1997

For the second quarter of 1997 it led all 85 Detroit-area stocks tracked by Crain's Detroit Business with a 154 percent gain to $24.75 a share, up from a low of $8.37 in mid-March due to a general decline in the market.

Sudbury River Consulting Group had recently moved to Providence, Rhode Island, in July 1997, where CBSI's northeast operations center was located.

Aggressive Growth Fueled by Initial Public Offering: 1997--99

For 1997 Costello had revenues of $70.2 million and a net loss of $1.9 million.

1998

CBSI's second major acquisition took place in January 1998, when it acquired C.W. Costello & Associates Inc. of Connecticut for $72.7 million in stock.

Various disciplines of metal finishing expertise are brought together during 1998-99 with the integration of Canning, Ytema, Galvanevet, and MacDermid.

1999

During the first part of 1999 CBSI's stock was trading at lower prices, as was that of other information technology companies.

2004

In 2004, the Solutions Development Center expanded to encompass project management services as well as to create graphical user interfaces for web and stand-alone products.

2009

Ranked #1 in Total SAS® Sales Volume in the United States for SAS® Partners and has remained at #1 every year since 2009.

2010

Focused on providing innovative solutions that integrate with SAS®, Pinnacle Solutions introduced their Pinnacle Backpack in 2010.

2018

Pinnacle Solutions, Inc. is Named the 2018 US Sub-Regional SAS Partner of the Year.

2019

Long-time US SAS Reseller Pinnacle Solutions becomes first new SAS Canada Partner of 2019.
