Large Scale Construction Mentorship Program

Overview:
K. Hovnanian's Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC and K. Hovnanian's Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC, a designated Subsequent Developer by the City of Asbury Park, are seeking a small business to participate in a mentorship program to gain experience in large scale construction. The program will provide the selected business with the opportunity to work and train with a large multifamily contractor, learning the requirements and skills necessary to work for a large builder.
Responsibilities:

* Participate in a mentorship program with a large multifamily contractor

* Work on large scale construction projects in the City of Asbury Park

* Learn and gain experience in multi-family construction practices

* Collaborate with a large builder to develop skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Small business with experience in multi-family construction practices

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
