Early Bird Learning Center Daycare Employee

Overview:
The Aubrey Independent School District is seeking a talented and dedicated Daycare Employee to join the Early Bird Learning Center team. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our young students.
Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality childcare and education to students in grades PK

* Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities and lessons

* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students, including supervision of playground activities and mealtime

* Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and daily activities

* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a united and effective approach to childcare and education

* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and activities

Qualifications:

* Early Childhood Education Certification or equivalent

* 1-2 years of experience working with children in a childcare setting

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
