Litigation Paralegal

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in downtown Dallas. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our litigation team with administrative, research, and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities:

* Prepare for depositions and trials

* Draft, format, proofread, and file a variety of legal correspondence, briefs, motions, and pleadings

* General knowledge of legal proceedings and rules and procedures in Federal and State Courts (predominantly in Texas)

* Superior technological and computer capabilities (specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel)

* Format and e-file motions/briefs and correspondence

* Work effectively and efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent work experience in a law firm

* Proficient knowledge in litigation database platforms such as Eclipse, Relativity, Lexis, and Pacer

* Excellent communication, proofreading, grammar, and organizational skills
