Traveling Operations Assistant

Overview:


Catapult Health is seeking a seasonal, hourly Traveling Operations Assistant to support our client site clinics by assisting with physical measurements and setting up patients for video conferences. As a Traveling Operations Assistant, you will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional patient service and support clinic operations.
Responsibilities:

* Capture and record patient measurements: height, weight, and abdominal circumference

* Connect patients with Catapult Nurse Practitioners for health consultations via video conference

* Support clinic set-up, take down, and restocking

* Deliver friendly, professional, patient-focused service

* Maintain confidentiality of patient personal and medical information

* Work effectively as a team player to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications:

* Reliable transportation to get to and from events within a 100-mile radius

* Valid state driver's license at all times, with a clear driving history

* Strong customer service interaction skills

* Ability to travel overnight from Sunday to Saturday, each week

* Availability to work and/or travel 6-7 days per week from September 30 to November 19

* Ability to report to work as early as 6 AM and end as late as 5 PM

* Ability to juggle multiple tasks while engaging with patients simultaneously

* Ability to follow proper clinical process/procedure at all times

* Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time

* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly
