North Italia in Cherry Creek is hiring a Prep Cook to join their team! As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious Italian dishes from scratch, following recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. Responsibilities:

* Prepare Italian dishes from scratch, following recipes to produce consistent results

* Complete prep lists, run stations during shifts, follow specs, and stock food as needed

* Rinse and cut raw food products

* Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation is beautiful

* Maintain a clean and organized work station, and follow food handling and sanitation standards

Qualifications:


Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with good English communication skills, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Experience is preferred, but not required.
