Packaging Agent

Overview:


Join Cresco Labs, a leading vertically integrated multistate operator in the cannabis industry, as a Packaging Agent. As a Packaging Agent, you will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, measuring, packaging, and labeling products, and ensuring a sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities:

* Execute tasks assigned by department leadership

* Measure, package, and label products

* Compare product with product standards to ensure quality

* Maintain a sanitary work environment

* Safely transport products from workspace to storage area

* Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

Qualifications:

* 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred

* Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure

* Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner

* Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

* Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus

* Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust

* Requires ability to sit, stand, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time

* Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
