We're looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing world-class service, sharing knowledge on our latest designs, and creating an environment of aloha fun for our guests.
Responsibilities:

* Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile, selecting and helping locate merchandise based on their needs and desires

* Set the course by learning, referencing, and sharing current product knowledge with guests, providing prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience

* Build the perfect oasis by emphasizing brand direction, seeking opportunities to inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events

* Onboard your crew by actively participating in all store-related meetings, working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience

* "Get things done" mindset

* Natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative

* High School diploma or GED

* Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
