Certified Pharmacist Technician - CMOP (Hines, IL)

Overview:
ProSidian is seeking a Certified Pharmacist Technician to support an engagement with The Veteran's Affairs Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Hines, IL. As a Certified Pharmacist Technician, you will be responsible for preparing prescriptions and packages in an accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner without disruption in services or production.
Responsibilities:

* Transcription of prescriptions

* Performing pharmaceutical dispensing

* Prescription reconstitution

* Patient consultation

* Quality improvement and supply control duties

* Maintaining accurate records and logs

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

* Certification: Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification

* Completion of a Pharmacy Technician technical education

* Minimum of one year experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service setting

* Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
