Construction Supervisor - Pipe Foreman

RedStone Construction Group is seeking a highly experienced Construction Supervisor - Pipe Foreman to join our team. As a working foreman, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities of a laborers/crew, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of utility pipes. Responsibilities:

* Coordinates and supervises daily activities of a laborers/crew

* Uses heavy equipment to excavate, install, and backfill drainage pipe

* Sequences pipe installation to reduce inference with other project activities and the public

* Continually inspects work site, surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns

* Responsible for crew safety and establishes safe work environment that complies with the Company safety program

* Observes assigned equipment to detect machinery malfunctions and assures proper operation and maintenance

* Analyzes job cost reports to ensure production is within budget

* Perform various tasks at job site with equipment provided

* Complete and approve weekly timecard related to assigned job

* Meet job completion deadlines

* Keep work area neat and clean

* Produce a high quality of work

* Maintain a good attendance record

* Observe Company policies and procedures

* Observe Company safety rules and regulations

* Present a positive attitude about the Company and the job and maintains professional relationship with Owner

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

* Ability to read plans

* Good communication skills

* Team Player

* Previous experience directing other employees and organizing work

* Ability to comprehend and complete instructions given by supervisor

* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
