Clinical Positions in Palliative Care

The UCLA Palliative Care Program is seeking full-time outpatient or inpatient Palliative Care physicians to join our team in the Greater Los Angeles area. As a faculty member in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, you will be part of an innovative care model that collaborates with Primary Care, Extensivist Medicine, and Hematology-Oncology. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team, teach fellows, residents, and medical students, and contribute to the advancement of palliative care.
Responsibilities:

* Provide outpatient and inpatient Palliative Care services

* Conduct home palliative medicine visits

* Attend on consult services at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center

* Collaborate with Primary Care, Extensivist Medicine, and Hematology-Oncology teams

* Teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students

* Participate in departmental and programmatic activities

Qualifications:

* An M.D. or D.O. is required

* A California medical license is required

* Board eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

* Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $142,100-$429,000
