Coastal Hyundai and Genesis of Melbourne is seeking two experienced automotive sales executives to join our team. As a top-performing sales executive, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as benefits and perks.
Responsibilities:

* Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives

* Build and maintain a book of business, including following up with sold and unsold customers

* Utilize social media, smartphones, and computer-based CRM to manage customer relationships and sales activities

* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction

* Work independently and as part of the sales team to meet sales objectives

* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

* Proven track record in the automotive sales industry, with a focus on import and luxury brands

* Exemplary interpersonal skills, selling and closing ability

* Professional dress and presentation a must

* Workable use of social media, smartphone, and computer-based CRM

* Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processor programs

* Ability to work independently and as part of the sales team

* Clean background with a good driving record
