Assistant/Associate Professor of Ophthalmology - Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

Overview:
The Tulane University Department of Ophthalmology is seeking a full-time board-certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join its faculty and provide clinical and surgical services. As a member of our academic faculty, you will be expected to contribute to the department's mission through teaching, research, and clinical service.
Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical and surgical services and procedures

* Teach and supervise residents and fellows

* Participate in Departmental Grand Rounds

* Regularly lecture to residents and medical students

* Contribute to the department's educational and research activities

Qualifications:

* Board certified or eligible in ophthalmology

* Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Louisiana

* Strong commitment to education and academic activities

* Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
