As a Helpr sitter, you will have the flexibility to choose when and how often you work, while providing high-quality childcare services to families in the New York City metro area, Jersey City, NJ, and Bay Area, CA.
Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional childcare services to families through the Helpr app

* Engage with families, understand their needs, and deliver personalized care

* Develop a strong relationship with families, ensuring their trust and satisfaction

* Communicate effectively with families, Helpr support team, and other sitters

* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children in your care

Qualifications:

* Previous childcare experience (in-home or in-center)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

* Reliable transportation and occasional weekday, daytime availability (though all availabilities welcome)

* Ability to pass a background check
