HSE Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking an HSE Specialist to join our team and contribute to advancing the HSE function across our organization. As an HSE Specialist, you will primarily support our Oklahoma assets and fields, driving a "safety first" culture and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
Responsibilities:

* Drive a "safety first" culture, ensuring compliance with (and commitment to!) all safety requirements

* Develop and lead safety programs and policies

* Provide safety training and awareness programs

* Lead monthly safety meetings

* Manage investigations and reports on incidents and accidents

* Maintain safety records and safety regulations

Qualifications:

* We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who may not have extensive experience but is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices relevant to the oil and gas industry (Preferred, not required)

* Demonstrated success advancing HSE initiatives through proper planning, prioritization, sound judgement, appropriate influence, and execution (Preferred, not required)

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (reports, email, policies, practices, etc. ), with the ability to interface effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders

* High school diploma required; additional educational qualifications are advantageous

* Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

* Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
