Part-Time Student Tutors - Cognitive Skills

Overview:
Penn State is seeking Part-Time Student Course Tutors to assist with cognitive skills courses. If you were appointed by Dr. Okoro, Director of Cognitive Skills Program, and are interested in this opportunity, please review the below job description and qualifications.
Responsibilities:

* Assist with cognitive skills courses as appointed by Dr. Okoro

* Provide academic support to students in a one-on-one or small group setting

* Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to help students achieve their academic goals

* Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Qualifications:

* Must have been appointed by Dr. Okoro, Director of Cognitive Skills Program

* Must be a current Penn State student or employee

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Familiarity with cognitive skills courses and curriculum
