ETF Sales Internship: Summer 2026

Overview:
Susquehanna, a global quantitative trading firm, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join its ETF Sales and Capital Markets team as an ETF Sales Intern for the summer of 2026. As an integral part of the client-focused, full-scale sales and trading operation, you will gain hands-on experience partnering with our sales team to facilitate ETF and equity portfolio trades, monitor the markets, and generate commentary and analysis on market trends and flows.
Responsibilities:

* Partner with the sales team to facilitate ETF and equity portfolio trades, monitor the markets, and generate commentary and analysis on market trends and flows

* Gain practical experience on the trading desk and participate in formal education in a classroom setting

* Develop skills in client-focused, full-scale sales and trading operations

Qualifications:

* Intention to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree within one year of the internship program

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

* Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Demonstrated interest in networking and cultivating client relationships

* Interest in learning about investment products and services

* Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA preferred, but not required

* Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
