Music Assistant - Federal Work Study

Overview:
The Music Assistant - Federal Work Study will assist the Music Program at San Bernardino Community College District, providing support for recitals and concerts, event production, and record-keeping. This is a part-time hourly position open to students who have received a Federal Work Study award letter for the current academic year.
Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing PAC 308 for recitals and concerts

* Maintain Music Program equipment

* Assist in Music Program event production

* Maintain records, programs, and inventories for the Music Program

* Assist in recruiting events on campus

* Assist with the social media face of the Music Program

Qualifications:

* Student must have in possession of a Federal Work Study award letter for the current academic year

* Students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

* Student cannot fall below half-time (6+ units) during their employment under the FWS program

* Student must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units

* Student needs a current TB

* Additional qualifications: student should be a part of the Music Program, in Music Program classes, a Music Major, or have considerable experience in music
