Overview:
Otterbein University is seeking a part-time Instructor to teach courses in Precalculus and/or Introductory Statistics. This temporary position will be responsible for teaching courses in the Mathematics department and will report to the Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Actuarial Science.
Responsibilities:
* Teach Precalculus and/or Introductory Statistics courses, which typically meet three times a week for 55 minutes each session
* Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
* Provide individualized guidance and support to students
* Some flexibility in course offerings times may be required
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education is expected
* Candidates with a Master's degree in a closely related field with extensive experience will be considered
