Identifies opportunities for configuration changes or feature enhancements within OpenGov Asset Management.(60%) * Provides assistance to City staff as required in the use of ESRI's ArcGIS products, OpenGov Asset Management Software, and associated software for access to the City's spatial and asset management. (15%) * Troubleshoots software, hardware and other equipment problems within the Public Works Department to ensure continued operations.
