This individual will meet and greet guests with a friendly and professional image, issue robe and slippers to guests, and provide Spa tours. During slower periods the Robe and Key attendant will be responsible for upkeep of locker rooms, stocking of supplies/towels, selling wine, and presenting general resort information to guests.

- Remove keys from the keyboard and properly match to the valet ticket numbers.
- File the valet tickets in the ticket rack provided.
- Answer phones
- Maintain valet office cleanliness.
- Sweep and wipe cabinets clean.
- Keep the valet office door closed when absent from the office.
- Monitor area outside valet office to insure guests do not park their vehicle without leaving their keys with Valet.
- Move luggage and or contact a bell person for assistance.
- Pull luggage out of the luggage room for guests when bellmen is unavailable.
- Drive guests with oversized vehicles to the employee lot and return guests to their vehicles.
- Provide guest courtesy.
