Qualifications:

Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and architectural frameworks.
Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strategic problem-solving ability to anticipate and address risks, conflicts, and inefficiencies.
Experience working within the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) or similar organizations in the intelligence community.
Domain Expertise: GEOINT, SIGNINT, or Intelligence Integration
Education
5-10 years with Bachelors in Science, Technical, Engineering or Math discipline

Contract- 3+ months
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23-$25.28/HR
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection while floating between multiple locations including Silver Spring, Olney, Germantown, Frederick, Baltimore, and Glen Burnie.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
Confidently perform hard sticks and collect specimens using proper techniques
Process specimens, enter orders, and ensure proper labeling and handling
Float between various PSC and IOP locations as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional environment
Interact with internal team members and external patients
Complete two weeks of orientation and field training
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
Ability to draw on all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Strong experience with hard sticks
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving history
High school diploma or equivalent
TB test and color vision screening required
Vaccines required: MMR, FLU, Hep B (can decline), TB, color vision
Must be able to stand for most of the shift
Ability to work alone or with a team depending on location
Reliable transportation is a must. Training will be conducted at the Olney location.
