- Follow all Plant and Safety Rules, G ood M anufacturing P ractices ( GMP ), and wear P ersonal P rotective E quipment ( PPE ) at all times.
- Follow Lock/Tag/Try process when working on the machine.
- Maintain, rebuild, and repair all sewing heads; cutters, feeders, tables, etc.
- Do all repair work possible in department, and record parts used and time to complete.
- Keep spare parts inventory current.
- Keep sewing machines running at maximum speed, while maintaining quality.
- Assist Sewing Machine Operator as needed.
- Keep all daily, weekly, and monthly reports updated and neat.
- Assist in training.
- Learn and use the Factory Tracking System.
- Responsible for the quality of bags produced.
