    LCS is seeking a detail-oriented NDT Coordinator to support our IT Services team with all Net Dial Tone (NDT)-related phone system operations. This role is responsible for scheduling for our project-management team, processing and auditing phone system orders, coordinating billing, managing account changes, and ensuring accurate documentation across the full lifecycle of customer telecom services. The NDT Coordinator serves as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate provisioning, billing, and support for phone system services. Additional responsibilities include handling cancellations, credits, and refunds; assisting with procurement and shipping; maintaining device and line-tracking reports; and providing backup support for specialized telecom registration tasks. What You'll Do * Set up all initial meetings and calls for new customers to begin their project. * Coordinate follow-up calls and new project requests for our current client base. * Support the NDT Project Managers by confirming all necessary customer information is collected before their scheduled customer call. * NDT phone system change requests, including add-ons, recordings, new phone devices, and line adjustments. * Audit incoming telecom orders for accuracy and create tickets and project packets for IT Services. * Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding phone system orders and updates. * Process billing requests and ensure appropriate charges are applied for phone system services. * Facilitate NDT account transfers and assist customers with billing or payment questions related to their phone services. * Assist with estimate creation for phone system work and manage DocuSign documentation when needed. * Coordinate telecom-related credits, refunds, and chargebacks. * Place ScanSource hardware orders (e.g., phones, headsets) and generate purchase orders. * Process NDT service cancellations, research cancellation details, and coordinate termination plans. * Manage the Defective Phone Tracking Report; assist technicians with replacement devices, shipping, and customer communication. * Suspend NDT accounts upon request. * Perform periodic billing audits specific to NDT services. * Manage the IT Orders inbox related to NDT tickets, equipment orders, and customer requests. * Maintain NDT Line Reports and Project Manager Rotation Reports. * Assist Accounts Receivable with telecom-related projects as needed. * Support general shipping tasks, including phone hardware shipments. * Serve as backup for Text Registration and other telecom compliance tasks.
