This position is responsible for daily activities of Molding Operators, including the training (TWI) of
Molding personnel and performing verifications of startup inspections on the molding floor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Helps coordinate the daily activities of Molding Operators, this includes training (TWI), performing
verifications of startups inspections on the molding floor, and providing feedback to Operators.
2. Performs training responsibilities with Procedures, Startup Inspections, Molding Orientation
Training, TWI Elements.
3. Ensures all materials, tooling, documentation and measurement equipment are available and
accurate for production.
4. Ensures all documentation is properly completed and filed.
5. Ensures the following operational tasks are completed for Line clearance, Start-up dimensions,
