Collaborate with the sales team to build a winning strategy for our clients.
Perform necessary Pre-Sales technical functions to create systems designs.
Build Bill of Materials (BoM), create illustrations and diagrams and provide Statements of Work (SoW).
Relay technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
Post-Sales Implementation of systems designed.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including location and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, training, certifications, education, or performance. Specific Job Duties:
Working with a Project Manager, develop and prepare detailed mechanical engineering and construction installation documents and provide engineering support during the construction phase of a wide range of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and healthcare.
Design and draft mechanical and plumbing systems to include but not limited to, forced air and hydronic systems, sanitary drainage, domestic water, and fuel gas piping systems.
Perform mechanical system design analysis including, but not limited to heating/cooling load calculations, energy modeling, comparative system life-cycle cost modeling, and energy code compliance verification.
Produce complete, code compliant project contract documents including drawings and specifications to be used for permitting, bidding, and construction.
Complete construction administration including tasks such as field inspections and reports, submittal reviews, RFI responses, project closeouts, as-built documentation, and issuing design change directives.
Work closely with owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Train coworkers and be able to review the work of those that you are in responsible charge of.
Write/edit project specifications (CSI divisions 22 and 23).
Coordinate with other disciplines to gather specific information required to provide complete designs on schedule.
