RESPONSIBILITIES This candidate will have the opportunity to execute mechanical design of various project types while working and coordinating with clients and design leads from all disciplines, as well as serve as the daily lead on smaller projects. This candidate shall have the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and with clients while being able to meet scheduled project deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Utilize Autodesk Revit to produce detailed design documents. Perform airside and hydronic calculations for multiple mechanical systems. Promote standardization across the plant (e.g., pumps, valves, instruments) to enhance efficiency, reduce inventory, and streamline maintenance processes. Maintain and regularly update the plant's lubrication manual, technical files, and vendor product library.
