The Operations Manager of Plant Modifications is responible to provide Management Oversight for Plant Modifications Projects including project reviews, deep dives and mock ups and provide implementation oversight as needed.
Your Day to Day:

* Financial:
* Meet or exceed 120% financial goals for Plant Modifications
* Perform annual forecasting based upon projected cash flow with 10 day lag
* Perform mid month forecasting adjustments based upon cash flow changes
* End each month meeting or exceeding forecast budget, cost and margin

* Reporting:
* Produce the weekly status report to include:
* People - Development, training, etc.
* Financials - MTD rack up for budget, cost and margin
* Delivery - Accurate status of all projects including near term (next quarter)
* Produce the monthly operating report to include above
* Present the monthly operating report at the 3rd week staff meeting

* People/Resources:
* Work with the W&M Operations Manager to:
* Develop a curriculum for Machinists and E-technicians
* Develop a schedule for training delivery
* Forecast required funds and obtain training network
* Assist the Manager of Plant Modifications in locating and obtaining "multi-discipline" leadership including Superintendents and PMs
* Work with the W&M Operations Manager to staff all jobs including contingency positions
* Engage with pool to pad concept and assist Pool to Pad Training with training development and delivery

* Pre-Delivery:
* Actively participate in all Plant Modifications schedule reviews
* Actively participate in all Plant Modifications deep dives
* Actively participate in all Plant Modifications dry runs
* Actively participate in all Plant Modifications pre-challenge (internal meetings)
* Actively participate in all Plant Modifications Final Challenge Reviews
* Chair and conduct Plant Modifications Final Challenge Reviews
* Understand and be able to articulate contractual requirements of each Plant Modification project (value, milestones, LDs, incentives

* Delivery:
* Attend all site kick off meetings for Plant Modification projects
* If practical, badge and spend at least one week at each project site
* Respond to events through physical presence on site
* Be the primary contact for Plant Modifications projects during implementation

Who You Are:

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent construction/trades and labor experience with an Associates.
* 10 years relative experience
