Reporting to the Director of Leadership Development, you will play a meaningful role in implementing the overall leadership development strategy at Duolingo. As a member of the Leadership Development team, you will be supporting curriculum development and instructional design as well as managing training programs including content, logistics, facilitation, measurement, budget, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with the People Team, employees, leaders, and external vendors to deliver impactful programming that builds critical leadership capabilities.
A day in the life will include...
Facilitating discussions to identify needs, align on objectives, and plan the strategy for program design, build, delivery, measurement and scale. Designing and developing relevant and pragmatic program content. Curating external content, when appropriate. Coordinating the involvement of internal and external subject matter experts to facilitate program sessions. Stepping in to facilitate portions of programs, when needed. Supporting the design of data-driven approaches to evaluate program success and ensure we are continuously improving the learner experience. Selecting and managing external vendor relationships. Serving as a contributing team member on special project initiatives (e.g., building out an internal facilitator cadre).
To be successful you will have...
A proven track-record of delivering company-wide learning solutions in various modalities and formats. Experience with learning program design and facilitation, partnering with collaborators to develop training materials, coordinating training delivery, and evaluating program results. Purpose Statement:
Lead the Plexus Program Leadership team in the development and execution of full value stream, new product introduction and transition programs across all global geographic regions and Plexus Market Sectors. Key Job Accountabilities:
Leader the Regional Program Leadership Team and associated direct reports. Trains, coaches, and mentors Plexus employees on the tools and processes associated with launching successful products. Enables development of direct reports by collaboratively creating career development plans and driving accountability to execute on Plexus' talent strategy. Leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their team receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.Aligns and builds relationships across Plexus with Sr. Leadership from Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, Aftermarket Solutions, Manufacturing and Corporate teams. Ability to leverage relationships to create global solutions for our customers and ensure proper resources and tools are available successfully execute our programs.Support the execution of Programs through the application and measurement of Program specific KSF's and KPI's. These metrics include the ability to manage financial, unit cost, schedule, delivery and quality. Effectively communicate and manage expectations within Plexus and with our Customer to create a successful engagement and product launch.Collaborate and communicate with Sr. Leadership from Plexus Market Sectors, Engineering Solutions and Manufacturing Operations to understand Plexus business needs, customer opportunities, and support business development solutions to successfully execute new programs. Lead the funnel management process to identify all incoming opportunities in the region to determine the appropriate support plans.Perform resource management for the regional Program Leadership team to understand resource loading, staffing requirements and recruitment of new Program Leadership resources. Manage Regional Service Center Costs and Product Commercialization P&L to ensure fiscal responsibility for the Program Leadership team.

Additional Accountabilities:
Report all Programs in the Program Leadership SharePoint and represent clear action plans for all yellow or red programs in the Customer Service Excellence Monitor. Effectively, leverage the organization to implement time-critical solutions for our customers.Flexible working is required which requires evening or early morning meetings on a regular basis.Additional activities as required by Plexus in line with Program Leadership skills.Provide timely status reports and project updates to Global Operations Management teams through application of the Transition Management A3 Process.Provide leadership for Program Leadership initiatives across the organization. Education/Experience Qualifications:

**Overview**

The Executive Development, Program Manager works directly with the Director of Talent Development Programs to design, develop, and implement programs that build world-class capabilities across the organization. + Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. Assess and analyze Talent Development needs/trends in respective regions and recommend solutions, resources, initiatives, and/or methods to fill the Talent Development gap

+ Partner with HR Analytics to develop and leverage tools, processes, analytics, and dashboards to analyze/report on and support Talent Development practices

+ Develop, refresh, publish and distribute support and implementation materials/collateral for assigned Talent Development programs

+ Own the development and train-the-trainer delivery of training for assigned Talent Development programs

+ Serve as Talent Development subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, trends, and/or statistics
