Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree

* Ability to build relationships with federal clients and manage both on-site and remote employees
* Excellent organizational skills, time management and strong communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a client facing role within the federal space
* Preliminary knowledge of federal contracting
* Strong preference for a background in libraries, archives and museums
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams and projects

Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Ability to make rapid, accurate judgments and decisions with respect to the application of the regulations, instructions, and procedures for importing and exporting merchandise to and from the United States; or enforcement and administration of laws relating to the right of persons to enter, reside in or depart from the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

There are no education substitutions for the GS-11 grade level opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.

* Work with staff to resolve issues which prevent appropriate updating or receipts, identifying items to be claimed or replaced by staff.
* Retrieve and deliver collection material from other library divisions/sections
* Provide inventory control by creating or updating item and holdings records in the ILS.
* Create Initial Bibliographic Control (IBC) records in the ILS.
* Update vendor-provided acquisitions records to IBC standards including adding LCCNs and barcodes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two (2) years of applicable professional experience.
* Proven ability to maintain the security, proper handling, and accountability of collections in accordance with federal contract standards and requirements.
* A minimum of six (6) months of experience working in a large-scale library environment containing more than 500,000 volumes, with demonstrated competence in performing at least one of the primary duties associated with this position.
* Foreign language proficiency in at least one language from any of the major language families, including but not limited to: African, Latin American, Western European, Asian, Middle Eastern, Germanic, Slavic, or Austronesian.
Physical Requirements
* Capable of physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, lifting, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
* Be able to lift up to 44lbs and push book trucks weighing up to 400lbs.

* Advanced knowledge of the Khmer Language, including transliteration skills
* At least 3 years of experience in cataloging. -Proven experience in transliteration.
* Strong knowledge of cataloging standards, including but not limited to RDA, AACR2, LCSH, LCC and MARC21, BIBCO and NACO.
* Familiarity with various library management systems such as Voyager (preferred), ILS, OCLC Connexion, Classification Web, Cataloger's Desktop, and the LC Authorities list.
* Hands-on experience with metadata and taxonomies for catalog collections.
* Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical, detailed orientation, and prioritization skills.
