In this position, you'll assemble, test, and inspect high-voltage battery modules and subassemblies used in next-generation generator systems. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong quality focus, the ability to follow standardized work instructions, and comfort working with sensitive, high-value materials. Candidates with experience in EV batteries, energy storage, aerospace electronics, PCBA, or other precision electromechanical environments are highly encouraged to apply. Requirements 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in battery assembly, EV/energy storage, aerospace electronics, electrical assembly, or precision electro-mechanical assembly. Experience with mechanical and electrical build tasks such as crimping, fastening, torque tools, connector installation, and cable routing. Experience working with PCB assemblies, BMS boards, or other sensitive electronic components. Comfort working around high-voltage systems (training provided). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and work instructions.
