Core Responsibilities: * Measure/prep ingredients as directed in the recipe. * Cook or blend product specifications as required on the recipe. * Document all lot code and quality checks using RedZone and Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX) * Set up equipment (fillers, cappers, kettles, pumps, piping, etc) & run assembly lines. * Bottle/can finish goods to product specification. * Ensure food safety throughout the facility (GMP's) as per SQF guidelines. * Cleaning of the facility inside and the grounds outside. * Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as per SQF guidelines. * Perform tasks as required to comply with the master sanitation plan for the facility including operating the facility floor scrubber, foaming equipment and/or walls, mopping, or other cleaning duties. * Maintain workspace in a clean and organized manner. * Documentation of cleaning results and issues that may arise. * Other functions and duties necessary by direction of management Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Active participation in the LME safety program. * Abides by all internal policies. This includes GMP, attendance, productivity etc. * Completes job related training in the timeframe allotted. * Maintains a high level of productivity in complying with the position requirements. * Documentation is up to date and accurate. * Work is finished timely, and results meet or exceed the manager's expectations Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to follow directions * Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications: * Detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation. * Flexible work schedule and MUST be able to work weekends and some holidays.
