Signature Systems is hiring multiple Assembly Associates for our DAY shift. Assembly Associates assemble finished products and the parts that go into them. You will use tool use tools such as drills, circular saws, torque wrenches, deburring tools, nail guns, band saws, hand routers and small sledgehammers. While all operations are ongoing, laborers will have the capabilities to learn other positions such as dredge operator or equipment operator to improve their skills which will lead to promotions in positions. * Once dredging operations are complete, the laborers will assist in cleaning all equipment, disassembling all equipment, loading all equipment, and doing final clean ups to restore the customer site. Requirements: * Must have some experience and/or a background in working outside in an upland or marine construction style environment. (Mining, dredging, drilling, earthworks/excavation, land clearing, offshore, under or above ground utility, heavy civil, etc.). * Must be able to work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and on the water. Job Summary: This position's primary function is to safely and efficiently secure and remove a ship's dock lines at the Port Canaveral. The employee will be expected to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time in all weather conditions. This position is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Port's commercial cruise and cargo docks. This position will require the employee to work weekends, nights, and holidays. This position will require the employee to be on rotation for afterhours line handling. Candidate must successfully complete the Port's line handling training within the 90-day training period.
