SUMMARY: Reporting to Supervisor of Sterile Processing Operations, oversees dayshift reprocessing staff duties related to decontamination, cleaning, sterilization, assembly and preparation of instruments and trays for use in Hospital's operating rooms.Schedules staff: conducts orientation and training activities including in-service events, assigns work and evaluates performance. Meets with and works with Operating Room staff and surgeons as required. ·Ensures accuracy and completeness of all administrative documents and functions related to the position. For example, accurate preference cards, pick sheets and other forms related to case cart system. ·Conducts instrument processing satisfaction surveysudits as needed. ·Keep track of case-flow during the shift and notifies the Sterile Processing Supervisor of Operations in advance of additional needs and follows up in a timely manner for completeness. ·All request/needs from the OR are funneled through Coordinator to Supervisor and vice versa to keep track of instrument flow and needs throughout the shift. This will help with a smoother workflow and accountability while preventing influx of calls to the department and inefficiencies. ·Assigns staff assignments as needed in collaboration with the SPD supervisors. ·Assist with the planning and coordination of instrument turnarounds and communicate with the surgical team regarding information that may affect surgery start time ·Review the accuracy of surgical trays and resolve any discrepancies that may arise ·Perform data analysis to understand trends and identify operational issues within the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department ·Assists The Instrument Management Supervisor in the routing of instrumentation for routine sharpening by obtaining and completing required forms for approval. Documents and sends broken instrumentation out for repair. Completes documentation as required for inventory/equipment requests, instrument sets, etc. Orders and procures loaner instrumentation. ·Shares knowledge with co-workers through open communication at huddles and in-services for continuous upgrading of skills. ·Acts as preceptor as needed to ensure proper training of all new SPD Techs especially in the CORE area and anything concerning case cart systems. ·Ensures proper operational processes are followed by all members of the APD, OR and Vendor team in conjunction with the Department of Health, TJC, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, AORN standards, facilities policies, and procedures. ·Coverers for absent supervisor ·Performs SPD Tech duties as needed ·Performs other duties as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BASIC KNOWLEDGE:·Certified in related field with two or more years' experience and have the ability to obtain certification within 12 months.·Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology.·Knowledge and understanding of a variety of OR procedures' surgical instruments.·Knowledge of OR workflow, procedures, medical terminology, instrumentation.·Knowledge of infection control and health &safety policies and procedures.·Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, coworkers and all levels of leadership that includes the Operating Room and physicians.·Demonstrated customer centric behavior. This position is a hands-on, shop floor focused approach to process management. This position focuses on managing KPI's, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and engineering solutions through the support of maintenance, reliability, quality, and process departments. This position has wide latitude to be in the mill and on the floor to discover, explore, run trials, and propose and implement solutions to machine related issues that limit efficient operation. This position is intended to spend most of their time improving the process and how equipment is working to reduce waste and scrap, improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and reduce human errors. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Point of contact for capital projects in the mill in your area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Consumer Loan Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing and scanning/imaging insurance policies and collateral perfection items in a timely manner, maintaining a loan tickler system and periodic audits on files for missing documentation.
Monitor and track flood insurance.
Answer customer questions that arise during the loan process and on an on-going basis thereafter.
Credit and collateral documents; accountable for tracking exception items.
Perform image check-back on real estate loans within the required 72-hour timeframe.
Consumer Loan Support Specialist Education and Requirements:
Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
Prefer 1-3 years of similar experience or training in a related position.

* Using hand tools and/or power tools performs routine scheduled maintenance on plant property and equipment.

* Completion of maintenance work orders as necessary.
* Coordinate with the Electrical Section of the Maintenance Department as necessary to maximize maintenance efficiencies.
* Using various welding techniques in the fabrication or repair of operating equipment.
* Read and understand blueprints.
* Ability to install and/or repair plumbing or air systems.
* Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

* Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, welding and fabricating.
* Project development experience from inception to completion.

Conducts biological monitoring for all sterilizers. · Performs BowieDick and biological testing of all sterilizers in the department and operating room daily in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. · Incubates, interprets and records results of all biological tests. · Immediately implements recall procedures when positive biological testing is encountered, notifying all affected departments, Sterile Processing Supervisor. Prepares O.R. case carts and performs Distribution rounds. · Maintains prescribed inventory levels for each cart. · Ensures proper rotation of all supplies and carts within and out of the department, as observed by supervisors. · Prints operating room schedule pick listsdd on lists according to procedure and accurately assembles case carts for surgery. · Performs distribution and pick-up daily on nursing units for instrumentation. Operate a forklift with limited supervision in various warehouse capacities and be able to properly receive, place, remove, transfer and ship finished products and supplies throughout the facility.Participate in Sanitation for areas as assigned. 90% of time walking and standing.

Observe the quality of the product and/or supplies prior to and during movement and informs Supervisor or Lead Person if it does not meet company specifications (ie. Damaged product will be properly advised to management when seen or occurring in the warehouse).
Keep equipment, work areas and assigned areas clean and orderly according to proper Safety and Sanitation Procedures.
Follow all GMP procedures as directed by management and supervisory staff and company policies to ensure correct product information and quantities are being written on tags and documentation.
Job Qualification:
Work indoors & outdoors in areas with machinery and equipment in a safe manner in varying weather conditions.
Use job related equipment including carious types of forklifts, floor scrubber, stretch wrappers,and scissor lifts.
Normal or corrected hearing and vision, good hand/eye coordination and physical strength, ability to perform routine, and heavy manual task depending on the area of assignment. Ability to safely and properly mount and dismount from forklifts.
Must be able to handle equipment safely and sensibly and become qualified through the company Forklift Certification program.

Job Summary

Qualifications

Certification as a Child Life Specialist (CCLS) is required or must be obtained within one year of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of hire.
