Responsibilities

Basic Functions of the LIVE Stagehand include:

* Assist in the set up and configuration of all systems with regards to Audio, Video and Lighting
* Troubleshoot technical issues, instantly pinpointing faults and remedies during an event under Audio, Video and Lighting
* Support, maintain and administer key applications and hardware

Required Compentencis:

* Knowledge of L'Acoustics KUDO line array and BSS Omnidrive speaker management
* Audio consoles, FOH, Monitor consoles (Digital and Analog)
* Routing and interfacing throughout venue
* Knowledge of all Mics, types, kinds and methods of operation
* Video knowledge of TV One Mixer, Panasonic MX-50 mixer
* Projector systems: Front, Rear, with VGA, DVI, RGBHV connections
* Video systems and formats, BETA, DVD, DVCAM, DV
* Switchers/Scalers/Converters: Data/Video switchers and scalers, Matrix
* Knowledge of lighting desk, programming of moving light fixtures
* Conventional and intelligent lighting

Specific Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the entire Hard Rock team, clients and guests
* Perform daily preshow walkthroughs to ensure the venue is organized, clean and safe
* Assures the complete satisfaction of each and every guest

This position is responsible for providing daily care giving needs of live swine while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Hours: 5:00 am until 3:00 pm. Start and end times may vary. Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs daily care giving for all live swine, vaccination, blood pull, movement, sorting, and clean out of TPG products/facilities. (35%)

Loading on to the truck for transport to designated farms, other TPG complexes and/or processing plant. (35%)

Cleans and disinfects barns, vehicles, grounds and equipment. (20%)

Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Such as: flow changes and maintains a clean and organized work area. (10%)

Biosecurity/Animal Welfare Requirements/Safety:

The jobsite is a bio-secure environment which requires showering, changing clothing and footwear before entering the facility. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry and body piercings covered by appropriate clothing. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any porcine species (live swine, companion, etc.). Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Physical: Must use safe lifting techniques. Lift fifty (50) pounds without assistance repeatedly with intermittent breaks; Push/pull 350-650 pound animal cart with assistance; Climb over three (3) and four (4) foot panels; Bend and stoop repeatedly; Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time on concrete; Use a high-pressure wand; Push/pull 400 pound feed cart; Climb feed bin ladders to check feed levels; Move animals with a moving board; Lift thirty five (35) to fifty (50) pound animals over a three (3) to four (4) foot fence repeatedly with intermittent breaks; Team members in the Technician position will work: Inside/outside; On wet concrete floor; In hot/cold temperatures; In high humidity; In considerable feed/animal dust; with repetitive duties.

Successful candidates must complete a post offer health assessment which includes urinalysis for drug alcohol screening. All positions will be for 1st shift (days). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand majority of shift (concrete floor); walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.

Tools and Equipment:

Personal Protective Equipment Required: Safety glasses and rubber boots are required. Ear plugs will be used as needed. NIOSH approved N95 particulate respirators will be worn as needed.

Safety: TM is expected to follow all applicable safety policies and procedures. These include but are not limited to Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, fall protection, LOTO and Personal Protective Equipment. TM is expected to identify, address and mitigate safety related risks.

THE ROLE:

FloSports is looking for a Live Stream Technician to join our Operations department. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, talented, highly-technical live broadcast professional with a passion for providing high-quality live event coverage. This role will remotely support and manage multiple events simultaneously in the racing and cheer vertical by helping camera operators to adjust camera settings, configuring various cellular backpack technologies such as LiveU and TVU, managing start and end times and in some cases, adding remote commentary, graphics, and other treatments. Ideal candidates will be strong communicators and have a keen eye for detail.

This position will be based in Austin, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify and correct audio and video quality issues to ensure client satisfaction is achieved
* The ability to understand and prioritize event driven business objectives
* Help direct camera operators and optimize the broadcast picture in a variety of settings
* Implement graphics overlays on a broadcast
* Communicate key information with other technicians, camera operators, supporting team members, and managers
