Job Summary:
The Load Builder/Assembler receives finished product from other departments and places them into route carts/bins for delivery or storage. This position is sometimes referred to as Router. Performs other tasks as required.

Essential Functions:
- Receive finished, clean product from other departments.
- Read written packing requirements and place the correct type and number of product into appropriate route carts/bins or storage.
- Work at a rapid rate to keep up with the flow of products to load building area.
- Transfer carts/bins into delivery vehicles or to designated areas.
- Identify and notify supervision of product shortages.
- Handle product so as to maintain quality and proper packaging.
- Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position.
- Follow instructions as directed by supervision.
- Keep work area neat and clean.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Additional Functions:
- Work in other production positions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Recognize colors and sizes, count and sort accurately.

Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
• Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Becomes familiar with load sheet (by route, by day) and builds loads one day ahead; Follows load building guidance and knows the initial step to line cart with clean cardboard, and loads product in order according to weight, size, type, and other specifications; Identifies and segregates mats that do not meet quality requirements in terms of stains, gum stains, rips, tears, holes, or if wet; Monitors merchandise not meeting specified quality standards; Maneuvers full and empty carts and is familiar with safety standards for pushing and pulling carts 50 lbs. and greater; Informs supervisor of any shortages every two to four increments based upon market center reporting process; Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities; Other duties as assigned.

The primary responsibility of the Load Builder/Order Puller is to receive materials by checking/verifying materials, quantities, back-orders, verifies merchandise and organizes its distribution. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. The ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues; work independently and as a team member; have knowledge and understanding of truss assembly.
Job Purpose: Responsible for correctly and efficiently pulling, marking, staging, and loading orders of stock lumber and building materials.
Job Duties:
* Complies with all PPE standards and is aware of all safety practices of shop. Work areas to be kept clean and free of tripping hazards at all times. All equipment to be properly guarded and used in accordance with applicable manufacturers' recommendations and is aware of safe lifting procedures.
* Responsible for signing out orders on pull sheets, correctly filling the order, and logging back in with time completed.
* Verifies the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents.
* Stage all orders in designated areas. Orders must be on stackers when staged directly on the ground.
* Must be comfortable handling receiving paperwork, packing slips, bill of ladings and matching receiving paperwork to purchase orders.
* Legibly mark all orders with the appropriate customer code.
* Responsible for loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
* Participates in taking inventory, inventory management and inventory control.
* Other duties and projects as assigned by management
* Inform Operations Manager of equipment maintenance needed as well as any injuries or other mishaps.
