Performs the physical movement and handling of material parts, kits in order to execute the receipt, control, kit pick and issue functions. Checks incoming materials for visible signs of damage (filling out appropriate damage reports as required). Checks packing slip/BOL to ensure receipt of all listed material and signs for delivery receipt. Unpack material and look for visible signs of damage, notify buyers for any discrepancies on part quantity, parts showing as 'Early In' or improper documentation. Unpacks material (utilizing standard hand tools as required) and transports packages/deliveries to proper designated location(s). Generates duplicate copies of paperwork when Parts are not received in as Full Release and when Parts fall under FAA guidelines to log upon receipt and provides duplicated paperwork to appropriate parties. Maintains original paperwork with copies of Receipt label(s) with all other paperwork and/or documentation of daily transactions. Lift and carry up to 70lbs assisted repeatedly. TOOL CRIB Maintains records of all contract tools, general purpose tools and special tools and equipment stored in tool cribs showing receipt, location, and disbursement utilizing mechanized system. Delivers or issues production tools stored in tool crib when necessary. Removes canceled tools and disposes as directed. Coordinate and schedule all "tool crib" stored tools requiring periodic with the using manufacturing departments supervision, floor expeditor and tooling department before tool date due. Priority given to the past due tools. Maintain all tool transactions, receiving, departing, and inventories in the Protocol system on a daily basis. Visually checks all returned tools and equipment to ensure that tools are in good condition. If necessary, forwards tools not suitable for reissue to appropriate area for corrective action. Applies preservatives such a stripcote, cosmoline, hot oils and similar materials to tools and equipment as required. Maintains computerized data base indicating status, tool usage and tool consumption and reorders tools as required. Checks out all terminated or transferred employees to make certain that all contract and standard charges are cleared. Conducts final inspection of terminated employees' toolboxes to see that all Company tools have been returned and seals boxes. We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Night Shift Material Handler to support stockroom and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling materials efficiently and accurately, supporting inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining equipment and work areas in compliance with company and safety standards. --- Key Responsibilities · Prepare Rigging boxes and materials for movement or storage · Pull and stage pumps and other materials as required by production or shipping needs · Receive inbound materials, verify shipments, and place items into designated stock locations · Unload trucks safely and efficiently as needed · Fill propane tanks for forklift operation as needed · Operate and maintain the cardboard baler, ensuring proper use and cleanliness · Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom environment · Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines Equipment & Training Requirements Employees in this role will be required to be trained and certified on the following equipment: · Propane ride-on forklift · Narrow aisle lift · Electric counterbalance lift · Jib boom Qualifications · Previous warehouse, stockroom, or material handling experience preferred · Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety · Ability to work independently during night shift hours · Reliable attendance and strong work ethic --- Physical Requirements · Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. · Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. · Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead. · Ability to work in various temperature conditions typical of a manufacturing/warehouse environment, including exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures · Good visual acuity and depth perception Evapco's Summary of Pay & Benefits: The salary range consists of base pay and most recent profit-sharing bonus amounts Medical, Vision, & Dental Insurance Employee Stock Ownership Program - we are an employee-owned company Profit Sharing Bonus - which is paid twice per year Pretax Savings & Investment Plan Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave Bereavement Pay Company Paid Basic Life Insurance equivalent to base salary, with option for Supplemental Life election Sick Leave Long Term Disability

Art Handler/Driver, DC UOVO, the nation's leading storage and services provider for art, archives, and collectibles seeks an Art Handler/Driver to join its dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the art world, storage/collection management knowledge, and will be comfortable moving a wide range of art objects. The Art Handler/Driver will report to the Operations Supervisor. Core Responsibilities Proper handling of art objects, using the appropriate methods and materials for packaging, loading & securing for safe transport Install/de-install artworks in-house or at offsite locations, often troubleshooting and utilizing critical thinking to solution scope changes Preparation and careful execution of paperwork, including bills of lading, labels, driver logs, and detailed condition reports with accompanying photos if necessary Receive and release shipments into warehouse facilities Pack artworks for local, national and international transportation and storage Maintain compliance with all local, state, DOT regulations Support to internal teams, as needed Weekend, overtime, and holiday work may be necessary; therefore, schedule flexibility is required Other projects as assigned by Manager Qualifications & Skills Team Player, able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and dynamic environment Demonstrated knowledge of installation, packing and art handling Excellent communication and attention to detail to both clients and coworkers Ability to problem solve and solution onsite issues with the experience to know when to escalate problems to supervisor Valid driver's license; CDL license a bonus Ability to push and pull 150 pounds on a dolly or cart, as well as 50 pounds without mechanical aid Ability to carry 40 pounds of varying size and shape up to a distance of 90 feet Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach overhead Ability to be exposed to outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain and snow Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, jbars, dollies and other necessary warehouse equipment This in-person position requires on-site presence at UOVO's DC facility five days a week with occasional requests to work nights and on weekends.
