Summary:
The purpose of this position is to carry out assigned duties, primarily focused on material handling within the Packing department but support all departmental needs as business demands require.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Moves materials from packed staging area to shipping and storage area.
Returns empty pallets to packing area for reuse.
Performs daily maintenance and inspection of forklift.
Assist in loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments.
Assist in combing pallets to better utilize warehouse space.
Keeps always assigned work area clean.
Complete any other related duties required and/or assigned by supervisor or manager.
Must be able to operate a side loader.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma/GED (minimum)
Preferred at least 6 months of packing department experience
Must have at least 1 year of past forklift or mobile equipment experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment
Good Computer Skills
Ability to recognize similarities and difference between profiles
Travel Requirements:
The travel required for this position is 1%.

* Monitor water levels, temperature, and air rings as required.
* Maintain lubrication equipment and make minor repairs.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Manufacturing experience.
* Familiarity with SAP and Inventory Management.
* Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
* Effective communication, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
* Reading, writing, and mathematical competency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete daily forklift maintenance and pre-shift inspection sheets.

Scan product and move it to the correct loading or staging area; verify accuracy and placement.
Direct product to the designated area in the warehouse.
Secure the product with stretch wrap and attach the correct labels.
Record materials, weight, counts, and product condition using the RF system.
Operate a forklift, pallet jack, or dock loader safely to move product.
Load and unload products on and off pallets
Conduct inventory as needed.
Label, sort, stack, wrap, and tie product as required.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; sweep as needed.
Wear company-provided or approved cold-weather PPE at all times during warehouse operations.
Follow all safety protocols during operations.
Keep the work area safe and clean, including mopping up any spills caused by cold storage or thawing processes.

Preferred Qualifications of Stand-Up Forklift Operator:
